Having worked for several years for the nation's largest Electronic Health Records company, I understand the nuances of privacy rules under HIPAA and the expensive penalties associated with violating them.
I will follow all guidelines and maintain technical safeguards when working with your sensitive data and will sign an industry-standard BAA (Business Associate Agreement) with you as appropriate.
